肠道菌群调节与2型糖尿病相关性研究进展

Progress in research of relationship between intestinal flora regulation and type 2 diabetes

  • 摘要: 糖尿病是全球面临的最普遍、最严重的公共健康问题之一,患病率急剧上升。糖尿病引发的心血管、眼、肾及神经系统等并发症增加了患者致残或致命的风险。共生细菌对人类健康具有重要意义,越来越多的研究表明肠道菌群与糖尿病的发生、发展密切相关。宿主基因、免疫系统、饮食与肠道菌群之间的关系不断被揭示,肠道菌群调节成为糖尿病治疗的有效措施。文章就2型糖尿病人群肠道菌群变化、诱发2型糖尿病的机制以及肠道菌群调节对2型糖尿病治疗进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Diabetes is one of the most prevalent and critical public health problems in the world, with a sharp rise in its incidence, and a significant increase in its complications as cardiovascular, ocular, renal and neurological diseases, resulting in risks for being cripple or fatal.Symbiotic bacteria are of great significance to human health, and more and more studies show that intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetes.The relationship between host gene, immune system, diet and intestinal flora has been constantly revealed, and the regulation of intestinal flora is an effective measure for diabetes treatment.This article reviews the changes of intestinal flora in type 2 diabetes mellitus, the mechanism of inducing type 2 diabetes and the latest development of the effect of intestinal flora regulation on type 2 diabetes.
