直接测汞仪测定尿中总汞

Total mercury in urine determined by direct mercury analyzer

  • 摘要:
    目的建立以直接测汞仪测定尿汞的方法。
    方法利用DMA80型直接测汞仪对尿样进行分析测定。
    结果该方法在尿汞为1.0~200.0 ng水平时具有良好的线性关系,该方法检出限为0.4 μg/L,样品测定精密度为0.38%~1.68%,回收率为92.6%~96.9%。
    结论该方法可以作为尿中总汞的日常检测方法。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo establish a direct determination method for urine mercury
    MethodsDMA80 Direct Mercury Analyzer was applied in determination of the total mercury in urine.
    ResultsThe method showed a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.0-200.0 ng.The detection limit of this method was 0.4 μg/L, with the precision between 0.38% and 1.68%.The recovery rate was between 92.6% and 96.9%.
    ConclusionThe method can be used as a conventional method in determination of the total mercury in urine.
