上海市长宁区学龄前期儿童注意缺陷多动障碍行为分析

Behavior with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among pre-school children in Changning District of Shanghai

摘要:
目的对学龄前期儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)行为发生情况进行调查分析。
方法采取整群分层抽样的方法，在长宁区70家幼儿园抽取10家幼儿园1 576名在读学龄前期儿童作为调查对象。通过Conners家长问卷调查表获得学龄前期儿童ADHD行为的发生情况。
结果长宁区学龄前期儿童ADHD行为阳性发生率为4.27%，男童发生率明显高于女童，差异有统计学意义。26.86%的ADHD行为阳性儿童同时合并有品行问题。
结论ADHD行为在低龄段已有一定表现，家长应予以重视，早期发现并早期干预。

Abstract:
Objective To survey the current situation of behavior with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) among pre-school children in Changning District of Shanghai.
Methods From 10 kindergartens a total of 1 576 pre-school children were selected by stratified cluster random sampling.Conners Parent Rating Scale was used to acquire the situation of their ADHD behavior before they went to school.
Results The prevalence of ADHD behavior in pre-school children was 4.27%; the incidence in male was apparently higher than that in female, which was of statistical significance.And 26.86% of the children with ADHD behavior were associated with conduct problems.
Conclusion As ADHD behavior begins to appear in low age of children, parents should take it seriously so as to make early detection and intervention.
