多元化健康教育对郊区腹膜透析患者自我管理能力的影响

摘要:
目的探讨多元化健康教育对郊区腹膜透析患者自我管理能力及相关并发症的影响。
方法采用便利抽样的方法，选取复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院肾内科住院行腹膜透析置管的患者100例作为研究对象，通过3个月多元化健康教育干预，比较干预前后患者的自我管理能力及腹膜透析相关并发症的发生率。
结果患者自我管理能力由干预前(38.12±24.34)分上升至干预后(104.64±5.30)分, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；患者的腹膜透析相关并发症(腹膜炎及透析管堵管)的发生率由干预前36%降至干预后8%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
结论多元化健康教育可有效提高郊区腹膜透析患者自我管理能力及降低腹膜透析相关并发症(腹膜炎、透析管堵管)的发生率。对腹膜透析患者进行多元化健康教育具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the self-management ability and related complications impacted by diversified health education for peritoneal dialysis patients in suburbs.
Methods Sampling convenience methods was used to select 100 cases of peritoneal dialysis catheterization in Department of Nephrology in Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University.Through three months of diversified health education the patients' self-management capacity and incidence of complications were compared before and after implementation of education.
Results The patient′s self-management ability rose from 38.12±24.34 before education to 104.6±5.30 after education.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of complications associated (peritonitis and dialysis tube plugging)with peritoneal dialysis decreased from 36 % before education to 8 % after education.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion The diversified health education can effectively improve the self-management ability and decrease the incidence of complications for suburban peritoneal dialysis patients.Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out diversified health education for peritoneal dialysis patients.
