某皮肤病专科医院2013—2017年门诊量季节变动趋势分析

摘要:
目的分析某皮肤病专科门诊量随季节波动的变化规律，为改善医政部门管理，优化服务流程，合理配置卫生人力资源提供科学依据。
方法利用时间序列数据季节指数法对某皮肤病专科医院2013年1月至2017年12月的皮肤病门诊量进行统计分析。
结果医院门诊量近5年呈逐年增长的趋势，季节指数显示2月份和7月份分别为每年的谷底(73.59%)和最高峰(122.74%)，第一、三季度分别是全年的最低(85.81%)和最高(115.61%)。
结论医院管理部门应该根据门诊量的动态变化适时调整卫生人力资源，并结合当月(季)就诊病人的疾病种类开展相应的健康宣教和就医引导。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the regularity of changes in out-patient numbers with seasonal fluctuations at a dermatology hospital, and to provide scientific basis for improving hospital administration and rational allocation of medical resources.
MethodsStatistical analysis of dermatological outpatient visits at a dermatology hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 was conducted using the seasonal index method of time series data.
ResultsThe hospital outpatient numbers showed an increasing trend year by year.The seasonal index indicated that in February and July, there were the annual bottom (73.59%) and the highest peak (122.74%).The first and third quarters were the lowest (85.81%) and the highest (115.61%) in outpatient numbers.
ConclusionThe hospital administrative department should make adjustment on the allocation of medical resources according to the changes in the numbers of out patients, and carry out corresponding health education and guidance on the disease types of the outpatients in the month(the season).
