青少年屈光发育与青春期生长发育的研究进展

Advances in research of adolescent refraction development during puberty

  • 摘要: 青春期是人体格增长和性成熟的关键时期,也是人眼屈光发育的重要阶段。已有研究报道身高、体重、BMI、月经初潮年龄等生长发育指标与屈光发育及近视存在关联。青春期生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、性激素等激素水平显著升高,是生长发育和屈光发育的内在动力。本文就各项生长发育指标与屈光发育的关联进行综述,并分析青春期激素水平的变化及其相关基因对屈光发育的影响,为探索近视病因机制提供线索。

     

    Abstract: Puberty is the golden time of body stature growth and sex maturity.At the same time, it is also the vital stage of refraction development.Many studies have reported that the onset and development of myopia were associated with growth index such as height, weight, BMI and age of menarche.The increase of hormones in puberty including growth hormone (GH), insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) and sex steroids is the intrinsic driving force of growth and refractive development.This article reviews the relationship between growth and development indicators and refractive development, and analyses the changes of hormone levels in puberty and the effects of related genes on refractive development, providing clues to explore the etiology and mechanism of myopia.
