智能化技术在食品安全监管中的应用进展

Application progress of intelligentialized technology in food safety supervision

  • 摘要: 以智能化技术在食品安全监管中的应用为研究对象,分析食品安全监管中的智能化技术应用的进展情况。通过比对传统监管模式,分析智能化手段在食品安全监管中的优势及其在食品安全监管中存在的不足,认为智能化手段是未来解决我国食品安全问题的重要技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: The paper deals with the application of intelligentialized technology in food safety supervision, and analyzes the progress in application of the technology.By comparing with the traditional supervision mode, advantages and deficiencies of intelligentialized technology in the food safety supervision are illustrated.It is concluded that the intelligentialized technology will absolutely serve as a good way of the technical support to solve food safety problems in China in the future.
