我国部分地区孕产妇和新生儿新型冠状病毒肺炎感染防控措施综述

An overview of official measures for COVID-19 prevention and control in maternal and neonatal population in some areas of China

  • 摘要: 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)已成为全球性的公共卫生问题,我国的疫情防控做法效果较好,可为各国疫情防控提供参考和借鉴。孕产妇和新生儿作为特殊人群在疫情期间受到了重点关注。本文综述我国部分省级卫生行政部门出台的针对孕产妇和新生儿的防控措施,包括孕产妇居家防护、产科门诊防控、孕期检查管理、疑似或确诊孕产妇的诊治转诊、住院分娩、产后管理和新生儿院内防控7个方面,分享我国针对特殊人群的疫情防控措施。

     

    Abstract: Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has become a global public health problem.China′s epidemic prevention and control measures prove to be effective, that can be reference for other countries in their epidemic work.As a special group, the pregnant women and newborns have been given priority attention.This paper overviews our measures to prevent and control GOVID-19 for pregnant women and newborns.These official measures were issued by either the central government at the national level or provincial health administrative departments, covering 7 aspects as home protection for pregnant women, obstetric outpatient prevention and control, pregnancy management, referral for diagnosis and treatment of suspected or confirmed pregnant women, hospital deliveries, nosocomial prevention and control for newborns and others.It is to share China′s measures for special populations during COVID-19 pandemic.
