2018年《上海预防医学》所刊专稿稿件的编撰分析

Editing and academic indexes of articles solicited in 2018 of Shanghai Journal of Preventive Medicine

    目的了解近年《上海预防医学》设立的通过组稿而建立的专稿栏目(专稿)的学术情况,为优化组稿工作提供科学研究基础,以提升综合性预防医学的编撰质量。
    方法抽取系统性组稿开展后的第2年(即2018年)所组专栏的全部论文为研究对象(专稿)、选取同期所刊出的紧随其后的后一个栏目为对照,分析和比较2组论文的作者数(个)、基金资助情况、篇幅(页)、参考文献数(篇)、发表时滞(d)、全文总下载数(次)、引用(次)和校正下载(次/年)、校正引用(次/年)的情况。2组论文合并后进一步分层分析不同月份、不同论文类型(社科、现场、实验)、不同地区(本地与外地)、不同基金资助(无、省部级、国家及国际)、不同时滞(< 100 d、100~200 d、≥200 d)等情况下论文的学术影响力与价值(主要为作者数、参考文献数、下载、引用与校正下载、校正引用)的差异。
    结果专稿的时滞为129.73 d、对照为206.95 d,二者有显著性差异(P < 0.001);其余指标(作者数、基金、篇幅、参考文献数、下载、引用与校正下载、校正引用)均无差异(P>0.05)。从月份看,1、3、4月份组稿的校正下载优于对照(P < 0.05),5、11、12月组稿的校正下载显著少于对照(P < 0.05);另外,10月份的校正下载显著少于对照(P < 0.05)、其余月份的校正引用无差异(P>0.05)。从论文类型来看,社科(时论、综述、导读)的作者数少于其他(P < 0.001)、实验研究的时滞最长(社科最短)(P < 0.001)、社科的下载最多(P < 0.05)、实验研究的引用最多(P < 0.05),其余指标无差异(P>0.05);从地区来看,参考文献数、发表时滞、下载、引用和校正引用等指标均为本地优于外地(P < 0.05),其余指标无差异(P>0.05);从基金来看,国家及国际级基金资助的论文的作者数、页码和文献优于其他2组(P < 0.05),其余指标无差异(P>0.05);从时滞来看, < 100 d组的基金、下载、引用、校正下载、校正引用均优于其他2组(P < 0.05),其余指标无差异(P>0.05)。
    结论专稿的稿件一定程度且在多数指标上优于普通稿件(对照),下一步应当平衡稿件来源和论文类型、补充外地优质稿源、加强实验研究稿件的征集。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo understand the academic indexes of solicited articles in the invited column in 2018 of Shanghai Journal of Preventive Medicine, and to improve the academic quality of comprehensive preventive medicine journals by building solid and scientific basis for soliciting contributions.
    MethodsAll articles in the invited columns in the year of 2018, the second year of systemic solicited contribution were collected as research group, and the following columns in each journal were selected as control group.The number of authors, funding, pages, cited references, lag-time for publication, downloads from CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure), citations, adjusted downloads, adjusted citations were analyzed and compared in each group.Other indexes such as difference in months, type of articles (social sciences, field studies, experimental researches), residential places, funding kinds, lag-time for publications were compared in influencing the academic quality and values such as number of authors, cited references, downloads, citations, and adjusted downloads, adjusted citations.
    ResultsThe average of lag-time in research group was 129.73 days, which was significantly differ to the 206.95 days of control group (P < 0.001).There were no differences for other indexes such as number of authors, funding, pages, cited references, downloads and citations.The adjusted downloads in Jan, Mar, Apr of research groups were better than that of the control (P < 0.05).The adjusted downloads in May, Nov, Dec of control groups were better than that of the research groups (P < 0.05).And the adjusted citation of control group in Oct was better than that of the research group (P < 0.05).The social sciences defined as editorials, reviews and reading introduction here had the least authors (P < 0.001).The experimental articles had longest lag-time, but social sciences had the shortest lag-time (P < 0.001) and had the most downloads (P < 0.05).The experimental articles had the most citations as well (P < 0.05).The local articles in area of cited references, lag-time for publication, downloads, citations and adjusted downloads, adjusted citations were better than the authors out of Shanghai (P < 0.05).The national or global funded articles in number of authors, pages, cited references were better than the other 2 groups (P < 0.05).The < 100 d group of lag-time in area of funding, downloads, citations and adjusted downloads, adjusted citations were better than the other 2 groups (P < 0.05).
    ConclusionThe solicited contributions have better academic indexes than the other submissions in most of indexes somehow.The Journal should solicit better articles in term of type of articles and sources, in order to improve the quality of articles by balancing the submitting sources and experimental articles at the same time.
