上海市崇明区2019年度全国个人剂量监测能力考核的结果分析

Result analysis of the 2019 national assessment of individual dose monitoring capability in Chongming District, Shanghai

    目的通过分析上海市崇明区疾病预防控制中心个人剂量实验室参加2019年度全国个人剂量监测能力的考核结果,总结经验、查找不足,以提高实验室个人剂量监测能力。
    方法对照2019年度全国个人剂量监测能力考核方案的要求,对考核过程和结果进行了逐一梳理和分析。
    结果5组考核组测量值与参考值的单组性能偏差Pi值分别为-0.04、-0.07、-0.05、-0.04和-0.06,综合性能B值为0.003。根据判定标准,单组性能判定和综合性能判定均合格。
    结论上海市崇明区实验室个人剂量监测系统符合国家相关标准的要求,加强考核相关环节的质量控制,可进一步提升个人剂量监测能力。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveIn 2019, Laboratory of Shanghai Chongming Center for Disease Control and Prevention participated in national assessment of individual dose monitoring capability. By analyzing the results, this report summarizes the experience and shortcomings that will help improve the individual dose monitoring capability of the laboratory.
    MethodsAccording to the requirements of the national assessment scheme for individual dose monitoring capacity in 2019, the assessment process and results were sorted out and analyzed one by one.
    ResultsThe single group performance deviations(Pi values)between the measured values and references of the five groups were -0.04, -0.07, -0.05, -0.04 and -0.06, respectively. The overall bias(B value)of all groups was 0.003. According to the judgment standards, both the single group performance and overall performance were all qualified.
    ConclusionThe individual dose monitoring system of the laboratory meets the requirements of the relevant national standards. The individual dose monitoring capability can be further improved by strengthening the quality control of the relevant procedures of the assessment.
