2022年上海市新型冠状病毒核酸采样点消毒质量调查

Investigation on quality of disinfection in the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid sampling sites in Shanghai, 2022

    目的 了解上海市新型冠状病毒(简称“新冠病毒”)核酸采样点的消毒质量情况。
    方法 2022年7—9月,选择上海市部分新冠病毒核酸采样点,进行环境物体表面样本采集,进行菌落总数培养和计数。
    结果 共采集69个采样点的环境物体表面样本728件,医务人员手表面、物体表面及空气样本菌落总数中位数分别为0 CFU·cm-2、0 CFU·cm-2及1 CFU·(皿∙5 min)-1P95分别为13 CFU·cm-2、5.3 CFU·cm-2及17.8 CFU·(皿∙5 min)-1。以GB 15982—2012《医院消毒卫生标准》Ⅳ类环境作为判断标准,680件样本达标,达标率为93.41%。三级/二级医院内设采样点、社区卫生服务中心采样点及社区便民采样点环境物体表面达标率分别为96.94%、91.97%、92.25%;3类采样点的不同类型样本达标率差异无统计学意义。
    结论 上海市新冠病毒核酸采样点消毒质量总体良好,但部分采样点医务人员卫生手消毒及物体表面消毒有待加强。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To investigate the quality of disinfection in the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid sampling sites in Shanghai.
    Methods Swab samples of medical staff’ hands and environments of different SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid sampling sites were collected from July to September 2022, with the total number of bacterial colonies cultured and counted.
    Results A total of 728 swab samples were collected from 69 sampling sites. The median total number of bacterial colonies on hand surface, object surface and air samples were 0 CFU·cm-2, 0 CFU·cm-2, and 1 CFU·(petri dish∙5 min)-1, respectively, and P95 was 13 CFU·cm-2, 5.3 CFU·cm-2, and 17.8 CFU·(culture vessel∙5 min)-1, respectively. According to the GB 15982‒2012 Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals class Ⅳ environment, 680 samples met the standard (93.4%). Furthermore, 96.9%, 92.0%, and 92.2% of the samples in the sampling sites of tertiary/secondary hospitals, community health centers, and community convenience sampling sites met the standard, respectively. Quality of disinfection did not differ significantly across these sampling sites.
    Conclusion The quality of disinfection in the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid sampling sites in Shanghai is generally good. Additionally, hand hygiene of medical staff and disinfection on object surface in some sampling sites need to be strengthened.
