水通道蛋白1、5在不同宫颈上皮病变组织中的表达及相关性

Expression and relationship of AQP1 and AQP5 in different cervical epithelial lesions

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)和水通道蛋白5(AQP5)在不同宫颈上皮病变组织中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测43例宫颈鳞状上皮癌,49例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和21例正常宫颈组织中AQP1、AQP5的表达,并分析两者的相关性。结果 AQP1在宫颈鳞状上皮癌和CIN组织中的阳性表达率分别为90.70%和77.55%,显著高于正常宫颈组织的42.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但AQP1在宫颈鳞状上皮癌和CIN组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),AQP1在宫颈上皮低度病变(LSIL)和高度病变(HSIL)中阳性表达率分别为80.00%和75.86%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),AQP1在宫颈鳞状上皮癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05);AQP5在宫颈鳞状上皮癌、CIN和正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率分别为74.40%、53.06%和14.29%,AQP5在宫颈鳞状上皮癌组织的表达显著高于CIN和正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),AQP5在CIN组织的表达显著高于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),AQP5在LSIL、HSIL中的阳性表达率分别为55.00%、51.72%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),AQP5在宫颈鳞状上皮癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05);AQP1、AQP5在肿瘤组织中的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 AQP1、AQP5在CIN和宫颈鳞状上皮癌组织中表达上调,二者可能分别通过增加血管内皮细胞和肿瘤细胞对水的通透性促进宫颈癌发生、发展。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of aquaporin1(AQP1) and aquaporin5(AQP5) in different cervical epithelial lesions.Methods The expression of AQP1 and AQP5 in 43 samples of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 49 samples of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 21 samples of normal cervical tissue were assessed by using immunohistochemical method, and correlation between them were analyzed.Results The positive rate of AQP1 in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN were 90.70% and 77.55%, respectively, the positive rate of AQP1 was 42.86% in the normal cervical tissue, the expression of AQP1 in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN were significantly higher than normal cervical (P<0.01); the expression of AQP1 had no difference in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN (P>0.05); the positive rate of AQP1 was 80.00% and 75.86% in the low-grade squamous intrepthelial lesions(LSIL) and high-grade squamous intrepthelial lesions(HSIL), the expression of AQP1 in LSIL and HSIL were no difference(P>0.05); the expression of AQP1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma had no association with tissue differentiation and age (P>0.05); the positive rate of AQP5 was 74.40% in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the positive rate of AQP5 were 53.06% in the CIN and 14.29% in normal cervical tissue, the expression of AQP5 in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than CIN and normal cervical (P<0.05, P< 0.01),the expression of AQP5 in the CIN was significantly higher than normal cervical (P<0.01); the expression of AQP5 had no difference in LSIL and HSIL (P>0.05); the expression of AQP5 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma had no association with tissue differentiation and age (P>0.05); there was no correlation between AQP1 and AQP5 expression in tumor tissues (P>0.05).Conclusion Over expression of AQP1 and AQP5 in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN play important roles in carcinogenesis and progression of cervical squamous cell carcinomas through increasing permeable transport of water in vascular endothelium cells and tumor cells respectively.
