上海市嘉定区2个镇外来流动人口血吸虫病感染率调查

Prevalence of schistosomiasis among migrants in Jiading District, Shanghai

  • 摘要: 目的了解上海市嘉定区外来流动人口的血吸虫病感染情况,评估其潜在传播危险程度。方法对嘉定区马陆镇、黄渡镇来自血吸虫病流行省的外来流动人员1 477人进行血吸虫病感染情况调查。结果1 477例外来流动人员的血清学阳性率为4.54%;病原学监测阳性1例,阳性率为1.49%。不同年龄段中30~40岁人群的血清阳性率最高(7.38%);不同教育程度人群的血清阳性率以小学学历者最高(5.48%);来沪前为农民者血清阳性率最高(7.60%);来自湖北省的流动人员血清阳性率最高(7.47%)。结论血吸虫病流行地区的外来流动人口大量进入,对嘉定区血吸虫病传播带来潜在威胁,应继续加强对外来流动人员特别是来自血吸虫病未控制地区人员的血吸虫病监测工作。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the infection rate of schistosomiasis among floating population in Jiading and assess hazard level of the potential spreading.Methods People from epidemic areas in Malu and Huangdu were investigated for schistosomiasis to get the infection situation.Results A total of 1 477 people involved in this survey had serological positive rate being 4.54%, with one positive case in etiology monitoring(1.49%). The highest serological positive rate existed among people at age 30-40(7.38%)and mainly among those with only primary education(5.48%)as education background was concerned and before they came to Shanghai farmers among them were with the highest positive rate(7.60%). And in general, migrants from Hubei province had the highest positive serum rate (7.47%). Conclusion Floating population from schistosomiasis epidemic areas bring potential threat to Jiading District and we should continue to strengthen monitoring work on floating staff, especially on those from uncontrolled schistosomiasis area, then preventing the source of infection.
