Diet and nutrition survey among type 2 diabetics in Minhang District in Shanghai

  • 摘要: 目的通过对上海市闵行区糖尿病患者的膳食与营养状况调查,找出糖尿病患者营养状况存在问题,探讨解决措施。方法从本区糖尿病管理数据库中,按1%比例抽样,对373例样本采用72 h膳食回顾法调查3 d的膳食情况,并进行血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂等检测。数据录入"营养之星专家系统"软件进行分析。结果46.11%的调查对象能量摄入不足,钙、锌、铜、维生素B1、B2、膳食纤维等营养素平均摄入量低于推荐量,41.29%和43.16%的调查对象蛋白质和脂肪摄入超标。49.60%的调查对象体重超重或肥胖,糖化血红蛋白和三酰甘油控制率为55.23%和56.84%。结论本区2型糖尿病患者膳食结构不合理,能量和营养素摄入不能达到糖尿病饮食治疗的要求,血糖、血脂不达标率高,需要加强对糖尿病患者饮食治疗的健康宣教和干预。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the diet and nutritional status of type 2 diabetics in Minhang District in Shanghai in order to identify the nutritional status of diabetic patients and explore solutions. Methods A series of 373 cases were randomly selected by sampling ratio of 1% from diabetes management database of the District. Seventy two hours dietary recall surveys for 3 days and laboratory tests were conducted and ‘Nutritional Star Expert System’ was used for analysis on the digital data obtained. Results The energy intake were inadequate in 46.11% of the survey subjects. Calcium, zinc, copper, vitamin B1, B2, dietary fiber and other nutrients average intake were below the recommended amount. The protein and fat intake were excessive in 41.29% and 43.16% of the surveyed. And 49.60% of the surveyed were overweight or obese, the control rate of HbA1c and triglycerides were 55.23% and 56.84%. Conclusion Dietary pattern is irrational among patients with type 2 diabetes in the District. The intake of energy and nutrients cannot meet the diabetic diet requirements. The control rate of blood sugar and blood lipids is low. It is necessary to conduct health education and make intervention on diet therapy for diabetics.
