某新升本科院校教师职业倦怠现状分析

Analysis on professional burnout of teachers in certain newly upgraded college

  • 摘要: 目的 通过对某新升本科院校教师职业倦怠问卷调查,了解其职业倦怠现状,寻找造成职业倦怠的成因,并寻求解决对策。方法 采用李超平博士的MB I-GS修订版-教师职业倦怠问卷对某新升本科院校全体教师进行问卷调查。结果 共调查该校专职教师138人,职业倦怠评分均值为31.63,其中31~45岁的教师工作倦怠均值为35.67,明显高于30岁以下及45岁以上年龄组,而不同性别的教师工作倦怠程度未发现有统计学差异。另外,由其频数分布可知该校有14.49%的教师存在明显的工作倦怠症状。结论 现有资料显示,教师工作倦怠存在年龄差异,31~45岁的教师工作倦怠程度最深,而不同性别的人群在工作倦怠程度上无差异。该校教师总体倦怠情况并不严重,有85.51%的教师无明显倦怠症状。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the professional burnout states of teachers in certain newly upgraded college,and to provide reference evidence for the interventions.MethodsThe revised version of MBI-GS was used to survey 138 teachers from a newly upgraded college.ResultsIn this research,138 teachers were investigated.The average score of professional burnout was 31.63;the score of 31-45 years old teachers (35.67) was higher than either the higher or the lower aged group teachers.The score of male teachers showed no significant difference as compared with the female group.Among all,14.8 percent of the teachers strongly feelt professional burnout.ConclusionThe degree of professional burnout of teachers is not very serious.Age has effect on the professional burnout state of teachers.Sex was not associated with the professional burnout state.
