氧化电位水对ICU环境微生物的消毒效果与评价

Effect evaluation of electrolyzed oxidizing water for disinfection in ICU environment

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨氧化电位水与含氯消毒剂对医院重症监护病房环境微生物的消毒效果。方法 分别用2种消毒剂对重症监护病房的地面、计算机键盘、电话按键、床头柜、仪器面板等进行消毒,并于消毒前、消毒后分别进行采样检测,比较两者的杀菌效果。结果 氧化电位水的平均杀菌率为97.6%,含氯消毒剂的平均杀菌率为95.7%。对消毒前后细菌菌落数差值的均数进行t检验,氧化电位水的消毒效果优于含氯消毒剂(t=2.12,P<0.05)。结论 与含氯消毒剂相比,氧化电位水具有对环境微生物的杀菌效果好、经济、环保的优点,对于目前医院环境尤其是人群密集和耐药菌较多的重症监护病房的消毒,是较理想的消毒剂。

     

    Abstract: Objective To compare the disinfectant effect of acid electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW)with that of chlorine-containing disinfectant in ICU environment.Methods The floors, computer keyboards, telephone keypads, ward tables and instrument panels were sampled respectively before and after disinfection in ICU. Then the bactericide effect was compared between samples by EOW or by chlorine-containing disinfectant.Results The average kill rate of EOW was 97.6%, and that of chlorine-containing disinfectant was 95.7%. The mean difference values of bacterial colonies were done for t test before and after disinfection, which indicated that the disinfectant effect of EOW was superior to that of chlorine disinfectant (t=2.12,P<0.05).Conclusion EOW is proved to be better than chlorine-containing disinfectant in disinfection, and also in economical and social benefits. Therefore, it is thought to be an ideal choice for disinfection in ICU and hospital environment.
