上海市2007年脊髓灰质炎口服三价糖丸疫苗效价监测

摘要: 目的了解上海市各区县免疫预防部门和提供免疫预防接种服务的医疗单位的脊髓灰质炎口服三价糖丸疫苗 (脊灰疫苗) 的有效性, 为科学、系统地补充和更新冷链设备提供可靠的依据。方法采集上海市19个区和1个县疾控中心及距离各疾控中心近、中、远的疫苗服用点和本中心的脊灰疫苗共80份, 用脊灰疫苗效价测定的方法对脊灰疫苗的效价进行测定。结果上海市所有疫苗采集点的脊灰疫苗效价全都合格。结论检测的脊灰疫苗质量较好, 上海市免疫预防接种服务的医疗单位的冷链系统运转良好。

Abstract: Objective To provide reliable data for supplement and update of equipment of cold-chain system, through understanding the efficiency of OPV in each CDC and MTU that provides service of immunization. Methods 80 OPV were collected from service sites of immunization and CDC of each district or county in Shanghai.Valence of OPV were detected. Results Valence of OPV from all sampling sites was qualified. Conclusion The assessed OPV are of good quality.The cold-chain system for service of immunoprophylaxis in Shanghai is running well.
